Job Description
Receive calls from people interested in lowering the interest rates on their unsecured debt & becoming debt free
- Verify customer information where necessary
- Describe services to potential customers or 'leads' highlighting benefits & advantages
- Enroll potential customers into our program over the phone by developing a customized plan for them using our Debt Plan Calculator (Company Software)
- Respond to questions professionally making sure customer is 100% satisfied with the answers.
- Maintenance of customer/potential customer contacts on PD/PBX/CRM
- Follow up on initial contacts if necessary.
- Maintain records of telephonic interactions including recordings of potential leads.
- Achieve floor targets
Skills Required:
1) Proficient in relevant computer applications, for example (internet, MS Excel 2003 & 2007, CRMs)
2) Fluent English - ability to understand & converse with UK/US/AUS prospects.
3) Good keyboard skills
4) Knowledge of sales principles and methods, knowledge of customer service principles and practices

Apple Green, a sub-project of KVTC, is a marketing & IT Solutions company designed to efficiently employ telemarketing & online marketing methods for US, UK, & Canada based clients that wish to increase both revenue & market share for their products & services. Although most of our call centre operations are carried out through our carefully selected affiliates in Pakistan, India & the Philippines, we have recently started our operations in Karachi, where our back-end office is located.
