Senior HR Specialist

Role Purpose::
The Senior Human Resources Specialist is responsible for providing a professional HR service within general policies and professional standards in order to support the effective provision of high quality HR services across the business.
Key Accountabilities:
:
- Ensures the effective implementation of plans, policies and procedures.- Provides professional advice and guidance to internal customers at all levels in the business on HR issues in order to ensure that HR policies are properly applied and implemented and high standards in HR practice are achieved and maintained.- Contributes to the development of overall HR strategy for the total business that supports and enables the achievement of overall Company objectives.- Develops and maintains good working relationships with both other Broadway Trading Departments and with external agencies and service providers in order to support the smooth provision of HR services across the organization and promote the image of the Company externally.- Prepares management information reports in order to ensure that his/her direct manager has the relevant information needed to support strategic decision-making.- Plans and implements work objectives and schedules for specific HR processes in order to ensure that an effective service is provided to the business.- Plans and organises own work on medium/long term timescale in order to meet given technical and commercial objectives.- Provides a pro-active approach to problem solving so as to anticipate and resolve a variety of both routine and more complex problems.
Skills
Qualifications, Experience, Skills and Knowledge::- University degree in Psychology, Human Resources or Business Administration.- A minimum of 3 years experience in a similar field. - Fluent in written and spoken English.- Strong communication skills.- Computer knowledge.- Strong interpersonal, planning and organizational skills.
