Job Description:
- Prepare monthly action plan and result and submit it to the supervisor on/ before the 5th of every month. - Attend and provide timely response to customer regarding his/ her queries related to sales/ marketing/ after sales
- Attend and register complaints through phone (mornings/ evenings/ night)
- Follow-up of customer complaints on a daily basis through dealers
- Maintain all files and records as per our standards and provide assistance for implementation of various systems in after sales division
- Prepare analysis for follow-up
- Maintain day to day record of customers complaints through feedback from dealers
