The position is responsible for day to day management of a UPS Express shop in.......The incumbent must ensure that all operations are run efficiently
and customers are satisfied with UPS products and services.
* Prepare daily operation reports for M1 and district management teams
* Ensure all data is correctly reflected in the mainframe system
* Communicate courteously with customers face-to-face, telephone and email
* Handle financial transanctions and prepare weekly cash report
* Resolve and report on inbound discrepancies with HUB on operational issues
* Actively promote the growth of the UPS business
* Work effectively as a team contributor on all assignments.
* Interact professionally with other employees, customers and suppliers.
* Work independently while understanding the necessity for communicating and coordinating
* work efforts with other employees and organizations.
