QA Analyst - IPL , Lahore


Job Description:
Key Responsibilities:
·         Services Division KPI (Monthly Variance Analysis)
·         Sales and Services database (analysis and reports) to management on monthly basis
·         Analyze OTRS data for Services KPIs (per approved performance measurement framework)
·         Conduct random audits & Client Surveys
·         Develop Training & Exam contents in consultation with the Principals and Subject Matter Experts
·         Manage Training and Exam Processes including coordination with internal Trainers and Subject Matter Experts.
·         Work closely with regional operational managers to ensure Service Delivery teams are adequately trained.
  Skills Required:   Knowledge, Skills and Personal Characteristics

- Good organizational skills
- Business acumen and statistical skills.
- Well versed with MS Office (Word, Excel, Project, PP) & Database Management
