Job Description:
- The Network Administrator is responsible for administration, installation, modification, upgrading, troubleshooting, and repair of all network related hardware.
- The administration including but not limited to security appliances, routers, switches, and network monitoring systems.
- Pro-active in ensuring stability, response time, operational consistency and life cycle over the network
- To provide monthly reports on activity, quality and performance of this network
- Ensure appropriate documentation, including procedures and SOPs for the Operations & Services and Pre-Production departments
- Can interact with Users
